Clara and Jason

Hello,

Clara and Jason are siblings.
Jason is a licensed electrician, and Clara is a registered social worker. Jason works as a FIFO worker while Clara works within Perth.
We have a solid rental history and can provide a reference from our previous landlord, who can speak to our reliability, respectful communication, and the care we take with our home. We’ve always paid rent on time and take pride in keeping our space clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
In our spare time, Jason enjoys fitness training, while Clara loves spending time outdoors, especially on nature walks. We’re quiet and considerate, and we’re looking for a home in a peaceful area, ideally with easy parking for two cars. We are only interested in whole properties, not share house.
