Hi, I’m Sai.

I’m a full-time graduate professional relocating to Hobart to start a role with the Tasmanian Government in early February. I’ve just completed my Master’s degree in Sydney and will be moving to Hobart long-term for work.

I’m quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. On weekdays I’ll be working full-time, so I keep a pretty stable routine. I’m tidy in shared spaces, pay rent on time, and prefer a peaceful, drama-free home.

Outside of work I enjoy staying active, exploring cafés, and spending time outdoors — Hobart’s lifestyle is a big part of why I’m excited to move there. I don’t smoke, don’t really party, and I’m very mindful of other people’s space.

I’m looking for a clean, friendly place where everyone is considerate and communicates well. I’m happy to share with working professionals or mature students and plan to stay long-term.
