Hi future housemates! I’m Nick, 25, looking for a room on the southern side of Brisbane for 6–12 months.

I work full-time in marketing, usually four days in the office and one from home. I’ve been living in shared accommodation for the past four years, so I know the importance of keeping a space clean, respectful, and easygoing.

I’m tidy, independent, own minimal belongings, and always pull my weight around the place. I’m up early most days for a workout before heading to work, and I enjoy cooking my own meals of a night.

On weekends, I’m usually outdoors, running, at the gym, or catching up with friends. I like a social household but also value downtime and a relaxed vibe at home.

Pretty flexible on living arrangements — a pool for summer would just be a bonus
