Looking for a private room in a sharehouse close to the cbd area (no shared rooms please!). My budget for rent is a flexible $250 and I’m planning to stay long term. Move date is flexible.

I’m friendly and will take on shared responsibility easily. Working part-time means I won’t be home many hours, and if I am, I enjoy relaxing, art and crafting (currently into yarn work/sewing) and casual gaming. I’ve just completed a masters degree in art conservation so if you have anything that needs fixing or touching up, I’m ya gal :)

I’m a non-smoker but don’t mind living with people who smoke. Won’t be bringing any pets but will love any little friends that already live at the residence!
