Hi future flat mate,

My name is Karen, I am a single, 38 y/o Woman seeking a safe and friendly space to call home.

I am studying full time, but in the past I've had some interesting jobs such as a Body piercer, Roller Skating Instructor, Forklift Driver, Retail worker, Barista and Bartender. I also have my First Aid Certificate. I am seeking accommodation near campus, in the Western Suburbs.

I enjoy my own company, but I also enjoy chatting to people. I am a clean and tidy person, with my own car. I enjoy feeding the local wildlife at the park, spending time in nature, as well as seeing a movie, listening to good music and studying. I really enjoy the cafe culture as well as trying new foods.

My preference is to live with likeminded women, who are also kind, respectful and good communicators.

My current lease will end in January, but I am happy to leave earlier than that, if the right place comes along.
