Hi, I'm Sandro 37 yrs old originally from italy and been In Australia since 2008.
Looking for a studio, granny flat or 1 bedroom apartment or any living situation where i can live on my own in Brisbane not too far from west end or the city.

I'm a full time musician, cook and domestic cleaner. I have high standards of cleaning very clean, and organised. Into spirituality and meditation and cooking. I'm a dad of a 17yrs old boy that lives in Adelaide.

So Looking for a place where I can be on my own bring my son once a year.

Currently working as a drum, guitar and singing teacher in a music school in greenslopes, domestic cleaning, italian teacher, but mainly working as a performer on stage as a professional drummer and involved in different music projects.

I'm also the main drummer in a church band and have been for a long time and that's a great source of fun and regular income.

I do Domestic cleaning work, private cooking work as well for people that don't have time to spend time in the kitchen.

Also provide private Italian lessons.

About to register as a NDIS provider as well.

Very focused on my work with music( non noisy music practice)and cleaning.

Looking for a place I can live happy for a long time ideally. THE LONGER THE BETTER.

My budget is between $380 and $440 or more, depending on the living situation
