Because I work from home and have a small sit-stand desk, I’m looking for a larger-than-average bedroom, a bedroom with a study or extra space, or potentially two available rooms in the same house.
I don’t have a car, so I don’t require a parking space. I have a road bike, but it doesn’t need garage or undercover storage.
I’m flexible on location for the right place, but I’m looking for a bedroom with air conditioning (or effective whole-house cooling).
