About me

Hi, I am currently looking for opportunities to move in shared house with only the Owner/Occupant and myself OR a 1 bedroom Appartment/Unit/Granny flat. The reason is being in my mid 60's and want a quiet place for a long term lease. I am regretfully leaving the unit I have been renting for 12 years as it has become too big and the rent too high. i have a great tenant history which can easily be verified. It will be for long term, if I find the right place. Planning to move in end of May 2026, when my current lease expires.
