I’m a calm and respectful person currently living in Rose Bay, looking for a new place to move into within the next few weeks. I work full time and occasionally study on Sundays. I’ve been with the same company for over two years and have great references from both work and previous landlords.

Outside of work, I love running — it’s my main hobby and a big part of my lifestyle. I don’t use drugs or party hard; I enjoy keeping things clean, organized, and quiet at home. I’m easy to live with, considerate of others’ space, and value a friendly but peaceful environment.

My landlord is selling his apartment so I need to move by November 3rd, but I’m ready to move in anytime from now if the right place comes up. Ideally looking for a long-term private room in a shared home with respectful and friendly flatmates
