Hi, I am a single professional female in my 40s who has been a long-time Queensland Government employee (over 25 years).

I am a quiet, kind, honest, trustworthy, responsible, reliable and introverted person who recently studied psychology part-time (receiving Firsts Class Honours in 2020), while working full-time, and volunteered as a Lifeline Crisis Supporter during the pandemic. I am an empathic, happy-go-lucky person who holds integrity in high regard. I am looking for a quiet place and 12 month tenancy, and tend to keep to myself - I have never had (and don't like) loud parties, I respect other people's property and space, and prefer to meditate, read, catch-up with family and friends or study in my spare time. I also don’t mind a good chat.

My interests include reading, writing, spirituality and natural therapies. I also don’t mind a good movie or board games with friends.

I have two adorable cats - both rescues. Winston is a gorgeous British Shorthair Cross, and Maya is a medium-haired mix. Maya is quiet and delicate and moves like a ballerina, whereas Winston is more playful, stocky and not quiet as smart (haha) as Maya, but a beautiful soul. They are both well trained, indoor cats.

I believe I would be a quality tenant who you would have no problems with, due to my nature. I wish to live quietly, given I have a job that is busy and demanding. I think you will find through my references that I am a loyal, responsible, caring person that always looks on the bright side and likes to bring out the best in others - whether that is through providing a smile, support, or an ear to listen to. I would look after your property, like I have at my current unit for the past 14 years. My move-in date is flexible.
