🏡 Looking for a room on the Gold Coast

Hi everyone! 👋🏼

I’m currently looking for one room on the Gold Coast and am hoping to find somewhere that feels like a long-term home.

My current lease finishes 6 September, so I’m potentially looking to move around then — but I’m definitely willing to wait for the right place rather than rush into something.

💰 Budget: $350–$500 per week
🚿 Own bathroom: Must-have
❄️ Air con: Must-have
📍 Gold Coast: Open to different areas for the right place
🏡 Long-term: Ideally somewhere I can settle and stay for the foreseeable future

A little about me — I’m 30, work a lot and am hardly ever home during the week. Outside of work I’m pretty easygoing; I love going to the gym, getting a matcha, spending time with friends and having a quiet night in. I don’t really go out much unless it’s a special occasion, so I’m definitely not looking for a party house.

I also have a beautiful 8-year-old Golden Retriever 🐶 who is very much my baby. He’ll be staying with my parents most of the time as I don’t want to put him through another move, but I’d absolutely love to have the freedom to have him over for the occasional sleepover, cuddles and weekend visits. ❤️

I’m really hoping to find somewhere long-term with someone who is also looking for a stable living situation. My current housemate has moved out, and I’d really love to avoid finding myself in the same position again in a few months!

I’m clean, respectful, friendly and pretty independent, but also love having a good chat and getting along with the people I live with.
