Hey! I'm Arjun, 31 (he/him) a recent grad student from Monash. I'm hoping to find an accommodation to rent. Looking at areas in Bentleigh, McKinnon & Ormond.

I have prior experience living in shared accommodations and I'm clean & tidy, meticulous and always respectful of people's space and privacy. I don't have people who I entertain at home but love catching up with my housemates if we hit it off! I'm not loud.

For what it's worth I'm heavily invested in football and usually kill time consuming some sorta content (tv-series/movies), so I can definitely give great recommendations! I'm a bit of a foodie and fond of spending time in nature.

My budget for an ideal residence is between $350-400AUD (inc. bills). If you think I fit the bill as a shared member of your place, hit me up!
