Hi there! My name's Matthew, I'm 26, and I'm currently studying at Monash part time as a PhD student, whilst on a disability pension. I'm openly gay, so if that's not something you're comfortable with, please don't get in touch. I'm looking for a place to stay for at least the next few months, with a view to possibly a longer term arrangement if it works out. I'm a local, I'm a fairly social person and I do enjoy a good chat, but unfortunately my medical issues are currently quite severe, so I'm probably going to spend most of my time in bed or asleep. I am fairly neat (because I generally don't have the energy to make any messes).
I am mostly looking for one (maybe two) roommates for an apartment or house, and would prefer my own bathroom for medical reasons. I also need a place with an air conditioner. Looking for accessible accommodation, requiring either a ground floor home or a building with an elevator, as I am a wheelchair user.
