I’m Caitlin, 21, and I run my own business, so I stay busy and driven while still having flexibility in my schedule. I’m positive, down-to-earth, and easygoing, and I’m looking for a peaceful home with kind, like-minded FEMALE ONLY housemates.

I genuinely value a calm and respectful living environment. I’m tidy, mindful of noise, and always clean up after myself. Communication and mutual respect are important to me, and I naturally contribute to keeping the home harmonious and stress-free. Since I work a lot, I’m usually out during the day, so evenings tend to be relaxed and quiet.

Outside of work, I love going to the gym, getting outdoors, and going on little adventures. At home, I enjoy a balance, I’m always happy to have a chat, but I also deeply respect personal space and downtime.

I’m mature, considerate, and intentional about creating a home that feels warm, stable, and easy to live in.

My profile says 12 months, but I’m flexible with the length of stay and move-in date (anytime in March works for me), and I’m ready when needed.
