I’m Caitlin, 21, and I run my own business part-time, which keeps me quite busy and out and about while still giving me some flexibility in my schedule. I’m positive, down-to-earth, and easygoing, and I’m hoping to find a peaceful home with 2–3 like-minded female housemates in their early 20s.

I really value a calm and respectful living environment. I’m tidy, considerate, and always clean up after myself, and I’m very mindful of noise and shared spaces. I appreciate open communication and enjoy contributing to a relaxed, harmonious home. Since I work a lot, I’m usually out during the day, and my evenings are generally quiet and low-key.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, getting outdoors, and going on little adventures. At home, I like a good balance - I’m always happy to chat and be friendly while also respecting everyone’s personal space and downtime.

I’m mature, reliable, and genuinely value creating a home that feels comfortable and easy for everyone to live in.

My profile currently says a 12-month stay, but I’m flexible with both the length of stay and the move-in date (as long as it’s anytime before the 10th of April).
