My name is Manuela, I’m a 28-year-old Colombian psychologist, and I’m currently doing my Master’s degree at ICMS (started in August 2025) 🎓

I’m looking for a private room anywhere in Sydney, and I’m open to different areas and neighbourhoods. Ideally, I’d love a furnished place with bills included, but I’m flexible.

📅 Move-in: Ideally before February 28 (my current lease ends then), or very close to that date
💰 Budget: Up to $400 per week (open to negotiation)
🚗 Garage preferred, as I have a car

A bit about me:
I speak Spanish, English, and German. I love playing tennis and sports in general, cooking good food (and enjoying a beer 🍻), reading, and listening to good music. Keeping a clean and tidy space is important to me, but I also enjoy a good social vibe and the occasional party.

I’m sociable, open, and friendly, but I also respect personal space and enjoy my own downtime. I’m looking for a home with good energy, respect, and easy communication.
