I'm a 53 year-old woman looking for a whole place to rent. Either a granny flat, bungalow (self contained), 1 bedroom unit/flat or studio. I would be willing to share with only 1 other housemate, not a group of people. I am only looking for a place in the Northern suburbs.
I run a small cleaning business of my own and I also manage (co-host) 4 Airbnb's.
Work wise, I am always very busy and on the go. I work all different hours
and although I'm very quiet and considerate, my housemate would have to be ok with me coming and going at different hours of the day and night. When it comes to my home...I value a peaceful and clean living environment. I love animals, although I don't like living with large dogs who are constantly inside the house. Im still a believer in "dogs should be outside" This in no way means I won't love your dog, and I will look after your pets just as much as I would look after your home. I am a non-smoker, but I don't mind if a person smokes, just not inside the house.
My interests are Cycling, dancing and music, but unfortunately running my own business, doesn't allow me to do much of this. I am very clean, quiet and I respect other people's property. I have always been a sociable person, who loves having a joke and a laugh, so I appreciate a person with a sense of humor. In saying that, being so busy these days, when I am at home I like to relax and catch up on sleep or watch netflix and most of the time, be on my own.
