Hey! I'm Sophia, I'm originally from the US and have been living in Brisbane since Dec 2024 😊 I work in Spring Hill as a Case Manager supporting people experiencing homelessness.

I'm looking for friendly and respectful housemates to share a peaceful and comfortable home. Ideally you're someone fun and laid-back, with a low-stress, drama-free vibe. I'm searching for spots near Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Woolloongabba, Coorparoo, West End, and East Brisbane in ideally an all female/NB household but open to places with guys if it's the right fit. I’m hoping to stay for at least a year.

I'm social, respectful, and easy to get along with. I've lived in share houses and dorms back in uni, so I understand the balance of keeping things clean while also being able to live in a home, being mindful of others and their values, and having a laugh together.

I'm pretty quiet but love to play music when I'm home. I do a lot of crafting, sewing, painting, cooking, and baking. You'll find me in the kitchen most days! Perks if you have a bigger/stocked kitchen (I'll bring the immersion blender, rice cooker, large glass bowls, obscure pantry bits and bobs, etc).

I'm social on the weekends and really value spending time with my friends, but am also a homebody and love a good night in. I'm down for most adventures, love a road trip, and exploring new spots around town.

I'm drama-free (but will listen to your tea), love animals (I'd love a place with a cat or dog!), always pull my weight around the house, and genuinely value living in a space that feels comfortable and relaxed for everyone. I'd love to become friends with the people I live with, I think it really makes a house feel more like a home, especially living so far from my friends and family.

I'm looking for a place close to parks/walking paths, shops, and not far from public transport (I have a car too so not a must). Aircon is a must, and ideally a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

My currentl ease ends 18 June (reference available if needed) but ideally would move in the weekend of 12 June.
