Hello house owners :) I am looking for a modern flat /studio/ granny flat to move in asap. Preferably near the water/ beach and/or have parking nearby.

I am a full time uni student (4th nuclear medicine), fortunately, I get quite a bit of support from family. Happy to pay rent 3 months upfront to secure a nice house to stay in.

I will be living alone as I require personal space and time for myself.

I am extremely tidy, a people person. I love training, exploring new cultures and going outdoors.
I drive an electric car so it'd be awesome if a garage is available.

I don’t have a partner or pets.
