I'm putting some feelers out for a long-term rental, ideally moving in at the end of July (but I'm flexible with timing).

Looking for:
- Budget: up to $380/week (excluding bills)
- Preferably a house with girls or a mixed household
- I'm pet-free but would absolutely love to live with pets!
- Open to anywhere within the attached map, with somewhere close to Rozelle being a bonus, but definitely not essential.

A little about me:
I'm 20 and moved to Sydney four months ago from regional Victoria after spending two snow seasons in Falls Creek. I work in hospitality and have plenty of share house experience, including living in staff accommodation with 11 other people each season.

I'm pretty independent and happy doing my own thing, but I'm always up for a kitchen chat, movie night, or the occasional household outing. I'm clean, tidy, and more than happy to pitch in with the less glamorous chores to keep the house running smoothly.
