Hi, I wish to move closer to my two adult children who live in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas. I am looking for a granny flat or studio, or to share with one or two others in an all female space. I would prefer my own kitchenette or cooking area. I enjoy yoga (chair yoga teacher), do some sewing alterations and mending, and I am writing and doing translations for an international charity. My diet is plant based, I don't smoke, take drugs or alcohol. I am, and like the company, of people who are kind, considerate, clean and tidy, respectful of shared space and different ideas and who have a positive outlook on living. I like to grow micro greens, sprouts, herbs and if space some veggies, and prefer a home that has an eco approach to cleaning, i.e., no strong toxic chemicals. I ask respectfully for a place where we can coexist. Happy to discuss further.
