Looking to rent a room in Sydney for two weeks of every month while I’m in town for work as an Osteopath.

I currently pay $1100 (Inc bills) a month for a room that’s used as a spare room while I’m away.

This has been my arrangement in Glebe for the past couple of years however my lovely room mates are trying for a baby and my room will eventually be converted into a nursery so it’s time to start looking for another option.

A little about me: I’m clean, respectful, easy-going and enjoy a laugh. I also do a bit of stand-up comedy, so when I’m in Sydney my days are usually spent working, with some evenings spent performing or watching gigs around town. That means I can be home late occasionally, but I’m quiet, considerate and definitely not bringing the party home.

One of the perks of this arrangement is that you get your space back for half the month while still having help with the rent.
