I’m clean, respectful and super easy to live with. I like keeping the place tidy and comfortable, and I’m good at just getting things done without it needing to be a big deal.

I’ve got a nice balance of being social and doing my own thing always happy to hang out or have a chat, but also respect personal space. I’m into the gym and a pretty routine lifestyle, so I’m not a huge partier and prefer a calm, easy home vibe.
I am working full time.
Reliable with rent and bills, good communicator, and just generally low-drama and considerate 😊
