I am 34, two years ago I moved to Sydney from Argentina and looking for a rental (furnished).

Here is some information about my needs:
-Type: one bedroom or studio apartment/unit (ideally with private bathroom)
-Location: Around CBD area, like Surry Hills, Darlinghurst or Potts point
-Rent: $350 to $450 per week
-Term: Long-term, mid-Nov onwards for 6+ months

Here's a bit about me:
I'm tidy, friendly and well organized. I do not smoke and I´m a very clean person, quiet and respectful. I'm looking for a place not just to sleep but to have a beautiful friendship and respect and support each other to live peacefully and joyfully.
After working around 10 years in HR within the banking sector in Argentina, I decided to take a break from my career. Since moving to Sydney, I’ve been working in hospitality and recently started exploring acting and modelling.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, exercising, exploring the city and find new cafes.
