I am a full-time IT professional working with the Integrated Marine Observing System in Hobart, and I am currently looking for a home close to my workplace to maintain a convenient daily commute. I lead a quiet and organised lifestyle and take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful home environment. I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
Until now, I have been living in shared accommodation while my wife was overseas. As she will be joining me in the near future, I am now looking for a comfortable long-term home for both of us. We are responsible and tidy and will take good care of the property.
In my spare time, I enjoy photography and birdwatching, and I generally maintain a calm and structured routine. I am reliable with rent payments and value a stable and well-maintained place to live.
