Hey, I’m Matt — 27

I’m looking for a room or share house to move into in the first half of December, ideally for a short-term stay until around April or May.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and friendly, and like to live in a clean, relaxed home. I’m pretty active — usually at the gym, out surfing, or outdoors somewhere. I travel a fair bit for work (usually 1–4 nights a week), so I’m often in and out but always considerate and respectful when home.

Not into smoking or drugs, and I only drink occasionally. I really value a positive, quiet space with good people and good energy.

Happy to share with others who are similar — clean, easy to get along with, and like a chill, healthy lifestyle.
