Hey everyone!

I moved to Sydney from Perth for work two years ago and have been living in Chatswood. I am now looking for a new long term place that’s a little bit nicer, hopefully more than just renting a room and hoping to share an apartment.

My budget for a room is a max of $370-380pw. I have been living in a shared house situation and I value clean and tidy shared areas. My current living situation is not very social which I’ve missed, so hopefully you’re looking for someone friendly to move in.

Perfect location would be somewhere in North Sydney close to the Metro or good public transportation - bus access to MQ Uni (where I work) and/or the city is ideal.
