UNFURNISHED ROOM ONLY PLEASE.
Hi (potential) Roomies!
I am having a major shift in life and career and am returning to university as a full-time student in 2026. My move-in date and length of stay are both flexible. I am currently in Europe until December (because among other things I decided to walk 1000km across Spain, you know, to start the year off right). I would like to be fully settled by late Feb when uni kicks off. My preference is to burrow in like a little tick and not leave my sweet abode and hilarious flatmates until I, a) win the lottery, or b) secure post-grad work in humanitarian aid in a far off land.
I am sometimes friendly and sometimes shy, but I am always polite and respectful. I enjoy a good chinwag in good humor but also value alone time. I can be serious when the need arises but I try to find the light wherever I can. I am tidy, clean, organised, reliable and responsible. I don't snore or sleepwalk. I never leave lego on the floor. I change the toilet roll. I take out the trash and replace the bin liner. I don't put empty containers back in the fridge or drink from the carton. I think I am pretty civilised.
I currently spend my free time hiking and camping, reading or watching films (which often results in napping), and visiting friends (mostly mine). I enjoy markets, gigs, coffee, and walking or cycling along the river (everything Brissy does so well). I am a non-smoker, very occassional drinker, pescatarian but I don't judge people on their vices unless it regularly hampers their ability to be mostly decent human.
I no longer have any pets myself, but I do miss them much in my life. So if you have one (or some) they will receive lots of attention from me. And if you have none you will sometimes find me petsitting around Australia just to get a dose of puppy love.
Thank you for reading and I really look forward to hearing from you. Anyone....? ;)
TEAM UPS:
I currently have lovely household furniture and quality appliances that I would prefer not to get rid of if possible, so if you want to team up on a new rental please hit me up.
