Hi - my name is Emma and I am a 26 year old solicitor who relocated from Ireland to Sydney in January 2024. After a couple of months of living in Perth, I will be moving back to Sydney in January 2025.

I work full time in the city and in the evenings I like to go to a yoga or Pilates class or meet friends for a walk or sunset. I am social and I love to meet my friends at the weekend either for a day trip, a walk or beach day or dinner and drinks.

I am a relaxed, respectful, clean and tidy housemate, who treats all house shares as if they were my own property, I have never received any complaints from previous housemates or landlords and I am happy to provide references if needed.

I am happy to inspect the property and meet with the sub letter/landlord at a time that suits you.
