Sofia and Federico

Hello everyone :)

We are Sofia (30, from Italy) an Federico (29, from Argentina) and we’re looking for a room in Perth/Freo area.

We are looking for a private room in quiet and cozy place, possibly in CBD/Subiaco/Cottesloe/Mount Lawley/Maylands/Freo or not more than 25-30 minutes max by transportation from CBD.

We would appreciate to live in an area close to the train/buses and supermarkets.

We are both tidy, respectful, clean and we are looking for a cozy and calm place to live.

SOfIA: She enjoys to go for a drink or dinner out, explore the city and its museums and gardens, go for new activities as well as movie nights at home and a glass of wine (as a sommelier, she can assures you that there will always be good wine at home ;) ).
Also into travelling, languages, art, photography, hikes and nature

FEDERICO: Musician and movie aficionado, he is often the heart of the party.
He is a cheerful guy and will make sure that there’s always the best playlist for every occasion! (He can also play the bass and the piano).
He always enjoys a good bottle of wine or a cold beer and is also into yoga (used to be a yoga teacher), spirituality and politics
