Avery

Hi there,

My name is Avery (she/they), and I’m currently a full-time university student. I’m interested in renting a private room in the inner north / east, however open to anywhere with access to PTV to city. I am looking for a place with a budget of $250 max or $300 per week including bills. I’d like to move in as soon as possible and am ideally looking to sign a 12-month lease, though I’m open to other options.

I’m an animal lover and would enjoy getting to know any pets you might have. I also have a passion for gardening, especially growing tomatoes, which seem to thrive whenever I plant them. While I’m usually quite busy with various commitments, I also value relaxing and hanging out at home.
