I am 54 years and work full time in a government job, mostly from home, so reliable internet access, a quiet space during the day, and room for a desk is essential.

I am seeking a studio or potentially a share in a happy and relaxed household. I would prefer my own bathroom but not essential. I have a car so would need access to some form of parking, not necessarily a garage, but off street preferably.

Happy to negotiate around length of stay, if the property is shared, initially I am proposing month to month agreement, to see if it a good fit, happy to pay a bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. For a self contained space a longer lease is preferred.

I am a non smoker and do not have any pets, I’m more of a dog person than a cat person. But open to both. I am respectful of other people and their belongings. I am sociable and enjoy a chat over a coffee or shared meal but am independent and tend to like my own space.

My work allows me to be flexible regarding location. A strong community spirt is important to me I am an active member of the Lions Club and would like to continue with this in my new location.
