Hey, I'm Mark!

Almost 33 and from the North of England

I've been in Perth almost a year now having moved over, from Melbourne, at the start of 2025

I've been living in an apartment share in Leederville most of this time, and I love it, but unfortunately the landlady has decided she'd like to sell ☹️

A little bit about me:
✅ I'm Clean & Tidy
✅ Non-smoker & not much of a drinker anymore
✅ Currently working in full-time employment (construction worker)
✅ I'd like to think I'm a very considerate, respectful and reliable person. And also
✅ I have a thing for cleaning glass showers 🫧

I'm hoping to find somewhere quite central - I haven't had a car the whole time I've been here so somewhere close to PT links would be amazing. As would living with someone(s) a similar age who shares a few common interests.
