I'm a male 40-year-old professional who loves basketball, surf, sports, and bit of online gaming. I work full time and prefer living in a clean, chill place. It's not unusual for me to work 6-7 days a week at times so I do like to just relax in my room but don't mind being social occasionally. :) I enjoy a respectful atmosphere. I have no pets or kids.
