Hi i’m Sam.
I’m 22, Aussie, and looking to move into a shared house/ apartment in the Gold Coast, preferably no more than a 20min drive from the beach. I’m also open to finding people to apply to places with.
I live in Brissy at the minute in shared accomodation, so i’m used to social living and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds/ nationalities. I’m respectful of everyone I live with and am usually always down for a chat and a beer on the weekend.

I value clean/ tidy living and want to find people that maintain that kind of environment. Alongside regular work, i’m quite entrepreneurial and am building a business that will launch in the coming months. I believe that you’re heavily influenced by your environment, so finding people with similar ambitions/interests would be a sweet bonus.
I enjoy going to the gym, practicing Jiu-Jitzu, and want to get back into surfing as well.
