Comfortable layout (not overly compact)

💻 Suitable work setup (important as I work from home)

💰 Budget: $600–$800/week

🚉 Public transport within ~10 minutes walk
⏱ Up to ~50 minutes to CBD
🛒 Shops and dining within walking distance

🏢 BUILDING PREFERENCE
Preference for modern buildings (Meriton or similar)
Good layouts and well maintained

Not considering studio apartments - Unless its super modern and new or near new.

For shared accommodation: direct arrangements only (owner or existing flatmates). Not looking at room-by-room setups or operators

I’m a Software Project Manager working full-time, often from home.
I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I value a calm and comfortable living environment. I keep shared spaces clean and maintain a good standard day to day.
I mostly eat out, and when I cook, I clean up straight away. Easy to deal with and value my own space.
Looking to live with others who are similar in terms of cleanliness and respect for shared spaces. Happy to contribute towards a regular cleaner if needed.
