💻 Proper office desk + height-adjustable chair (important as I work from home)
Fully move-in ready
(fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware)
💰 $600–$800/week
Higher end only if the building has gym, pool, and ideally sauna or steam room

🏢 OPTION 2 – CO-LIVING (PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED)
Open to modern co-living buildings (e.g. UKO or similar)
Private studio or private room with own bathroom
🛏 King single or double bed with a good quality mattress
💻 Proper desk suitable for working from home
Fully furnished and move-in ready
Modern building, clean and professionally managed
💰 $500–$650/week
Higher end only if the building has gym, pool, sauna or steam room

🚪 OPTION 3 - Master bedroom or spacious room with private ensuite or own bathroom

Prefer 1 other person or couple or even family with small. Kids. Male flatmate preferred if just one other person. Apartment should be modern, quiet, and well maintained
Room should be spacious, modern, and fully furnished
🛏 King single or bigger bed with a good quality mattress
💻 Proper office desk + height-adjustable chair - I can buy my own as well. Room must be able to fit one or also happy to pay a bit more if you have another half or small study room.
Shared areas should be modern, clean, and fully furnished
Fully move-in ready

Quiet, tidy, and respectful. I value privacy, a calm environment, and keeping shared spaces clean. I keep spaces tidy and always clean up after myself. I prefer having a weekly cleaner for shared areas and am happy to contribute my share or more toward that.
