💰 Budget: $500–$800 per week

🚪 Option 2 – Spacious Master bedroom or spacious room with ensuite or own bathroom, own space is a must

• Ideally looking to share with one other person (male)
• Open to larger apartments or houses with a small number of occupants, provided the setup is spacious, offers good privacy and is suitable for working from home
• Modern, clean, and well maintained

• Shared areas clean and tidy

💰 Budget: $300–$450 per week

Higher end considered for premium buildings (Meriton or similar) and master bedrooms with ensuite.

• Not considering small or cramped studios or granny flats
• Prefer direct arrangements with landlords or existing flatmates
• Open to a small family setup if the home is spacious and offers a quiet, private environment
• Must be low-occupancy homes
• Not fond of Ground level units unless its a modern house and quiet

👤 About me

I’m a full-time Senior Technology Project Manager and mostly work from home. I spend quite a bit of time at my desk and really value a calm and comfortable home environment.

Quiet, tidy, and respectful. I usually keep to myself, but I’m always up for a friendly chat when I’m not working.

I’m a foodie. I mostly get takeaway and eat at home, and occasionally dine out. I cook now and then, and when I do, I clean up straight away.

I keep things clean and take care of my own space day to day. I clean up after myself and expect the same from others.

I’ve been in Australia since 2000 and relocated to Sydney from Perth a few years ago. I’m well established professionally and looking for a quality place to call home. I travel quite a bit, which is why I’m looking for a shorter-term place as mentioned above. Happy to provide references if needed.
