✔️ Modern, comfortable furniture — king-sized bed with quality mattress, dining table + chairs, sofa/couch, coffee table, Smart TV
✔️ Proper office desk + height-adjustable chair (non-negotiable, as I work long hours from home)
✔️ Fully move-in ready — fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware, etc.

💰 Budget: $600–$800/week
🔹 At the higher end: gym, pool, and ideally sauna/steam room in the building

📍 Must be close to public transport with train station or bus stop within 10 minutes walking distance and point to point travel to CBD within 50 minutes.

🛒 Supermarket and some dining options (resturants) within walking distance are essential.

Location applies to both option 1 and optional option 2.

2️⃣ Optional — Master bedroom with private ensuite

I usually don’t share, but may consider only if it’s just ONE other person (ideally the primary tenant or owner).

✔️ Apartment must be modern, quiet, and well-maintained
✔️ Room must be spacious, modern, and fully furnished — king-sized bed + quality mattress, proper office desk + height-adjustable chair (must-have), Smart TV preferred
✔️ Shared areas must also be modern, clean, and fully furnished — sofa, TV, dining table + chairs, good appliances
✔️ Fully move-in ready — fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware, etc.

💰 Budget: $400–$500/week

About me 👨‍💻

I’m a Software Project Manager, I mostly work from home. I need a modern, peaceful, clean, well-equipped space.

I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful. Outside of work I’m either on my laptop, watching TV, or dining out. I value privacy and personal space.
