I've been loving living in green / bushy Wollstonecraft almost 2 years after relocting to Sydney to be closer to my young son. Prefer to stay in the Wollstonecraft / Waverton / Greenwich area, or somewhere not far away where I can wake to bird noises instead of train or highway noise!

Unfortunately the lovely sunny apartment I was in recently got sold, hence on the lookout for an ideal rental or room in the area.

I'm currently in a flexible short term arrangement, so no stress about move date.

Its important potential housemates are comfortable with my young son visiting from time to time.

I'm fine sharing with someone who works unusual hours or shift work or FIFO. I work a mix of remote and on site.

I have a boat nearby where i spend a lot of time hanging out or sailing when I can including overnight on weekends; meaning I'm not sleeping at home 100% of the time and can allow housemate some space.

Very active lifestyle, fit in swimming or gym / cycling before or after work most days. Often out or away on weekends - which ensures privacy for housemates also!
