Lucia and Francisco

We’re a friendly and easy-going couple who enjoy a calm, tidy and positive home environment.
I (Lucia) work and study in community services, and Francisco is an engineer specialising in renewable energy. We both have busy but balanced lifestyles and really value respect, good communication and kindness.
Francisco is very calm, organised and active — he loves sport and staying fit. Everyone who meets him says he’s genuine, sweet and empathetic. I’m tidy, social and considerate, and I enjoy cooking healthy meals, doing yoga and spending time outdoors.
We’re both clean, reliable tenants who like keeping the home comfortable and harmonious. On weekends, we love heading to the Sunshine Coast, catching up with friends, or relaxing at home.
