John Aivaliotis and Michelle

We are very quiet, generous, maintain a clean house and have many years of rental experience (over 30 years).
We both work very hard and prefer a peaceful and clean household to come home to at night - we don't invite friends or family as we are quite tired and need respite. I have some disabilities which can be painful (and only my partner can drive as I have a retina problem) so I eat well and keep living an intelligent quiet life.
We love music, arts, movies, reading, cooking, dining out, travel and much more - we love to share experiences in delightful conversation with friends and acquaintances.
We play a little Jazz or something eclectic now and then and keep to low noise levels in our room.
We have a lot of life experience and enjoy the company of others - including pets.
We have been caretakers before of large houses and mansions and have looked after pets whilst owners were away.
Our outlook and character follows mostly Buddhist positive values in that we love to practice forgiveness, peaceful action, kindness and compassion and we respect others' values, possessions and space. We share as much as humanly possible as we believe in a harmonious mode of living.
