Hi Im Nicholas, I'm 43 male. I have many years of experience living in share houses. After a 6 month hiatus, living in a coastal regional area. I’m looking to move back to Melbourne for study purposes & hope to pick up a part time job while I study.

I prefer a neat and tidy place, with a casual and homely vibe that's perfect for my communal living style. I enjoy hanging out with housemates over a meal or drink and also respect everyone's need for down time.
I prefer to cook for myself and look after my own food.
I’m looking to move back to Melbourne after a 6 month hiatus living in regional Victoria.
I enjoy sports, particularly tennis, netball and swimming.
