Hi Im Nicholas, I'm 43 male. I have many years of experience living in share houses. After a 6 month hiatus, living in a coastal regional area. I’m looking to move back to Melbourne for study purposes. I’m currently studying Social Media Marketing. I’m in the process of organising going to Uni, studying Communications and Journalism. I plan to pick up a part time job on my return to Melbourne.

I prefer a neat and tidy place, with a casual and homely vibe that's compliments communal living style. My party days are over. I enjoy hanging out with housemates over a meal or drink and also respect everyone's need for down time.
I prefer to cook for myself and look after my own food.
I enjoy sports, particularly tennis, netball and swimming.
