About me
I'm Phil, a New Zealander who is looking for a place for about 6 months. I'll be WFH 2 days a week.
I have owned my current home for many years so I don't have any renting references but I'm sure our real estate agent could write about us.
I'm in my late 50s, an engineer who works in procurement, very tidy, great at DIY, easy going and respectful of others, and always happy to pitch in around the house.
I'm quite well travelled, well behaved, my life is well sorted. I would prefer to share a home rather than live in a one bedroom place the next 6 months - even introverts need people around :)
I won't need parking, just somewhere to secure my mountain bike - getting out and exploring on a bike is my thing.
