Hey, I’m Patrick – an international student from Europe currently studying Carpentry on the Gold Coast.
I’m looking for a clean, peaceful private room – ideally under $220/week – with respectful and easygoing housemates.
I’m tidy, non-smoker, no pets, and pretty independent. I study, work and train a lot – I’m into outdoor fitness, running, and keeping a balanced routine. So mostly I just need a quiet space to rest and recharge.
