We are a friendly, responsible couple looking for a cozy and private place to call home. I have lived in Sydney for nearly 4 years, and my girlfriend and I are both international students. Having lived in Australia for a few years, we fully understand and respect the local culture, lifestyle, and shared living boundaries.
We are very clean, tidy, and conscious of both personal and shared space. In our free time, we enjoy simple pleasures like making good coffee and staying active through sports (especially badminton and soccer).
Character-wise, we are a balanced mix of friendly and quiet—easy to get along with, respectful of privacy, and always keeping things peaceful around the house. Having plenty of experience renting and moving in Sydney, we understand the importance of paying rent on time and taking great care of the property.
