Hi! I’m a 31-year-old PhD researcher and part-time professional currently based in Melbourne for a one-year research project and internship. I’m quiet, respectful, and take great pride in keeping my living space clean, organised, and calm.

Outside of work, I am into clubbing on weekends, quite evenings in weekdays, baking, watching Netflix, and unwinding after the day. I’m friendly and values a peaceful home environment and genuinely treats the place I live in as a sanctuary.
I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m very mindful of noise and shared spaces. I’ve lived in shared and independent accommodations before and have always maintained excellent relationships with landlords and housemates.

- Work & Lifestyle
I’m a full-time PhD student (Edith Cowan University) and work part-time. While some of my work is remote, I maintain a structured routine and am considerate about shared spaces during the day.

- What I’m Looking For
I’m seeking a quiet, well-maintained home for a longer stay (up to one year), preferably around Collingwood or nearby suburbs.
An ensuite bathroom is essential, and I’m very happy to sign a lease if it’s a good fit.
