I’m looking for a place with a private bedroom and private bathroom around Caulfield, Carnegie, Murrumbeena or nearby, preferably close to a train station.

I’d like to share with just one woman, ideally around my age.

I’m 29, I work and study. I enjoy going to the gym, the beach, going for runs, and also having chill nights at home cooking, having dinner together sometimes or watching a movie.

I’m looking for a place where I can feel at home, with a light and respectful vibe and where we both have our own space and freedom.

I’m looking for something long term but with flexibility in case it doesn’t work out, with notice of course.
