Hi, I’m Matt, a 37 year old clinical nurse relocating to the Gold Coast for a permanent full time position in Palm Beach, with a planned move in date of around 17 August.

I work full time Monday to Friday and have excellent rental references. I’m quiet, clean, respectful.

I have two small dogs, Nucki, a sausage dog, and Marley, a French Bulldog. They’re both well behaved, house trained, and used to me being at work during the day. They spend the evenings with me.

I’m looking for somewhere to stay while I settle into the Gold Coast and look for a place to buy.

I don’t drink or smoke.
