Yuyan

I’m an international student currently studying a Master’s degree at QUT. At the same time, I work part-time at Coles and also as an assistant within my faculty.

Over the past year, I have been sharing a house with three other girls in Woollongabba. We have a clear system for shared responsibilities and take turns cleaning the communal areas each week. I’m used to shared living and believe communication and mutual respect are very important.

My routine is quite regular. I usually work early shifts about three days a week and return home around 10 pm on weekdays(I go to gym at nights). Outside of work, I am generally quiet and respectful of others’ space.

I’d also be happy to communicate and share my food and culture(I’m Chinese) with everybody.
