🏡 Looking for a housemate / lease buddy

I’m looking for a girl or lovely couple to team up with for a joint lease, or potentially join an existing two or three-bedroom place.

I’m currently living with two of my friends in Woollahra, but the lease is about to come to an end, so I’m hoping to find somewhere new in Paddington, Darlinghurst, Centennial Park or the surrounding areas. Ideally, I’d love to find somewhere we could make a long-term home together!

I’m 25, originally from York, England, and have lived in Sydney for just over two years. I studied Biology and I’m about to start a Master’s in Clinical Embryology.

I’m also a huge dog lover 🐶 and run a small dog-walking business alongside my day job, so I’m very much a dog person! I don’t have my own dogs, but I’d be completely open to living with someone who has a dog (or dogs) too. You’ll often find me hanging out around Rushcutters Park with the pups.

I’m clean, respectful and easygoing. Ideally, I’d love to be friends with my flatmates and have a home that feels warm and welcoming, but I’m also really respectful of everyone’s independence, space and time. I enjoy having quiet time and doing my own thing too, so I’m definitely not looking for someone who feels like they need to be together all the time.

Outside of work and study, I love baking, film photography, dogs and exploring Sydney. I’m equally happy with a cosy night in or getting out and about.

I’d love to find someone who is looking for something similar, a stable, welcoming home for the longer term, rather than just somewhere to live.

I’m happy to look for a place together, go to inspections and furnish the place together, or join an existing home if it feels like the right fit.
