Hi there!

My name is Gain, and I’m an international student from Korea, starting to study Pharmacy at Sydney University in this February.

I'm eagerly looking for share -houses in the Chippendale, Ultimo, Camperdown, or Glebe areas, ideally close to the university. My budget is maximumally $300per week. I’ll be available to move in from the 13th of February (can be flexible) and I'm planning to stay long-term.
I am on a student visa, which allows me to stay in Australia for the next five years.

I consider myself as a tidy and neat person who enjoys keeping living space clean and organized. I’m outgoing and enjoy meeting new people from all cultures and backgrounds. I don’t smoke but sometimes i enjoy having a beer or wine with friends.

In addition, I have experience living and renting in Canada for about a year. During that time, I bet i was a responsible tenant, always taking care of the property and paying rent on time.
