Hi, I'm Han. I'm looking for a private room for only myself. Since I commute via public transport, I need a place that's short walking distance to the bus stop/train station, preferably within 30 mins by public transport to the CBD.

I'm clean, tidy, respect the privacy and open to the friendly chats with housemates, pay rent on time. Non-smoker, have no pets, no car with me. I'm currently taking a course at ECU and also working on their campus.
