I’m a 31 year old male from Brisbane who’s relocating to Melbourne in the new year.

I’m looking for a place from the start of January 2025 for 2+ months. Happy to do a sublet or sign onto a lease (I'm flexible with time and will stay longer if the home is a good fit). I work full time for a bank and am financially stable. I'm permanently remote but the bank has an office in North Melbourne so I will likely work from there sometimes.

I’ve lived in lots of share houses, usually I rent a place and then find the housemates so understand the importance of sharing a space and being considerate. I’m hygienic, clean and tidy.

I like a red wine or beer on a Friday evening and rarely a party boy. I love to get outdoors and travel a lot. I keep busy and am always up to something. For exercise I do yoga and run. I like to hike, swim, collect art, vintage things and plants.

I'm wanting a place with good a atmosphere and housemates who can hopefully become friends with! Ideally walking distance to the beach in St Kilda, Elwood or also keen on the Inner North suburbs.
